This Trellis Fence embellishment mould is designed to create a beautiful outdoor scene for your cake decorating project. An easy to use trellis design mould without the need for royal icing skills.

A trellis design is extremely popular in cake decorating however royal icing skills are needed to produce it. This mould aims to remove that problem by allowing panels to be made with firm fondant or modelling pastes. There is no skill required although a little more care should be taken when filling this mould to achieve a perfect cross panel result. The Trellis Fence silicone mould has all the panel and posts included. Gives a perfect geometric result which if dried is thick enough to stand up.

All our moulds are made in our factory here in UK and are made with FDA compliant food grade silicone. Our Moulds can be used with sugar paste, flower paste, modelling paste, marzipan, chocolate, candy, boiled sugar, cold porcelain and salt dough.
